Kapnomics Global provides private lifestyle science services to individuals worldwide. These terms govern your use of our website and any services you engage with through it, including the Kapnomics Clarity Protocol.

2. About Kapnomics Global

Kapnomics Global was founded in 2009 by Kaptan Singh. We are an independent lifestyle science service operating internationally across India, UAE, United Kingdom, Europe, and North America.

All services are delivered privately and remotely on an individual, by-application basis.

3. Use of This Website

By using this website you agree to the following:

You are over the age of 18
You will not use this website for any unlawful purpose
You will not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of this website
You will not distribute spam, viruses, or any technology that may harm the website or its visitors
You will not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any content from this website without prior written permission from Kapnomics Global
You will not post false, inaccurate, misleading, or defamatory content through any form or communication channel on this website

4. Services — Clarity Protocol

The Kapnomics Clarity Protocol is offered on a strictly by-application basis. By submitting an application through this website you agree to the following terms:

Slots: The Clarity Protocol is limited to 5 slots per quarter. Availability is not guaranteed upon application.
Application: Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. All applications are reviewed personally by the Kapnomics team.
Investment: The Clarity Protocol fee is ₹2,00,000 (or equivalent in USD, GBP, AED, or EUR). This fee is payable in full upon acceptance and is non-refundable.
Cancellation: If you wish to withdraw after acceptance, please notify us at info@kapnomics.com. Fees paid are non-refundable.
Remote delivery: All Clarity Protocol services are delivered remotely. Biomarker tests are completed by the client at an accredited laboratory of their choice.
Confidentiality: All client information is handled with complete confidentiality. An NDA is available on request.
Credit toward full engagement: If you proceed to a full Kapnomics engagement following the Clarity Protocol, your ₹2,00,000 investment will be credited in full toward your engagement fee.

5. Full Engagement Services

Full Kapnomics engagements are offered by invitation and referral only. Fees for full engagements are discussed and agreed privately. All full engagement terms are governed by a separate private client agreement issued at the time of onboarding.

6. Disclaimer — Lifestyle Science Services

Kapnomics Global is an independent lifestyle science service. All services offered — including the Kapnomics Clarity Protocol — are lifestyle and wellness services only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Results described on this website are based on individual client experiences and may not represent the outcomes of all clients. Individual outcomes vary based on personal physiology, lifestyle, and engagement duration.

Kapnomics Global recommends that all clients continue to work with their licensed medical professionals alongside any Kapnomics protocol.
