Refund And Cancellation Policy

This policy supersedes and replaces all previous versions.

1. Overview

Kapnomics Global provides private lifestyle science services on a strictly by-application, invitation-only basis. This policy governs all fees paid in connection with Kapnomics services, including the Clarity Protocol and Private Introduction Call.

2. Private Introduction Call — ₹7,500

The Private Introduction Call fee is non-refundable once the call has been confirmed and scheduled.

Cancellation by client: A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to reschedule. Late cancellations forfeit the session fee. The fee may be applied toward a future session at the discretion of Kapnomics Global.

Cancellation by Kapnomics: In the rare event Kapnomics cancels a confirmed call, the full fee will be refunded within 7 working days.

3. Clarity Protocol — ₹2,00,000

The Clarity Protocol fee is payable in full upon acceptance of your application. All fees are non-refundable once the protocol has commenced.

Withdrawal before commencement: If you wish to withdraw after acceptance but before the protocol commences, please notify us at info@kapnomics.com within 48 hours of payment. A full refund will be considered at the sole discretion of Kapnomics Global.

Credit toward full engagement: If you proceed to a full Kapnomics engagement following the Clarity Protocol, your ₹2,00,000 investment will be credited in full toward your engagement fee.

4. Full Engagement Services

Full engagement fees are agreed privately between Kapnomics Global and the client prior to commencement. Refund terms for full engagements are governed by the private client agreement issued at the time of onboarding.

5. General Policy

All sales are final once services have commenced
No refunds are offered for completed sessions or delivered services
Kapnomics Global reserves the right to terminate an engagement in cases of fraud or misrepresentation, without refund
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@kapnomics.com

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days of approval and returned to the original payment method.
